Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and TheFireDev LLC governing access to Protocol Guide and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent you can bind that organization.
2. Service description
Protocol Guide is a reference tool for EMS professionals: protocol search, AI-assisted lookup, bookmarks, and multi-agency support.
THE SERVICE IS A REFERENCE TOOL ONLY AND DOES NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT, TRAINING, DIRECT MEDICAL CONTROL, OR YOUR LOCAL PROTOCOLS.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and a licensed/certified EMS professional (or working under one)
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account; notify us of unauthorized access
- Individual credentials are not for shared login; enterprise seats are provisioned separately
4. Subscriptions & payment
- Free: protocol search with daily AI summary limits and region limits as shown in-app
- Pro: expanded features; prices shown in-app / App Store; auto-renew until cancelled
- Enterprise: custom agency pricing
- Payments via Stripe and/or Apple as applicable; cancel anytime for the end of the paid period
- First-time Pro: 14-day refund policy where offered; enterprise per contract; otherwise as required by law
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, reverse engineer beyond law, scrape unreasonably, input patient PHI into searches, or use the Service for clinical decisions without verifying against official agency protocols and medical direction.
6. Disclaimer of warranties & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheFireDev LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Clinical content may be incomplete or outdated relative to your agency. You remain solely responsible for patient care decisions.
